Ito Sushi is my favorite place for sushi I have tried more than 12 types of sushi and I love it, all with a unique and very tasty flavor, the only one I would not recommend is the Sushi that comes in the boat. The costumer service is excellent. The restaurant is a bit cold in winter time.
Pleasantly surprised by it to sushi. We came on a Saturday at 5 pm and got welcomed and seated right away. Food was also quick as well and pretty good sushi! Not the best but also far far from the worst. Very good for the price. Service was great and we can’t wait to come back again.

Very great service! Everything was clean and ready for us. The staff were always checking on us and the sushi was brought to us ready and delicious. Fire Bird and Romeo and Juliet are my favorites! Highly recommend this place. Best sushi place I tried here in Utah!
This place was a pleasant surprise. The sushi was delicious we've been to Japan and Southeast Asia and the sushi was top-notch. We rate this number two just after Takashi in Salt Lake city. The Hokkaido scallops are awesome
Itto sushi is quickly becoming my favorite sushi spot in Utah county. The ambiance is great and it’s decorated very well. I especially enjoy the artwork. They greet you when you walk in and it never takes longer than a few seconds to be greeted. I’ve really only ever been here for lunch so I’ve always been sat immediately. The quality of the food is very very good. For my taste it’s top tier sushi. Their bento box is a good value but I typically order just straight sushi. I’ve never had a bad experience with any aspect of the experience. I personally like the 911, and titanic rolls the best. The 911 comes on fire which is always fun and adds some different flavor. If you want a great experience and atmosphere without the high price this is the spot. Some things I would improve if I could would be the menus need a refresh, they’re pretty beat up. And the tables and chairs are very generic and plain. Splitting hairs but changing a few things could bring it to the next level.
Phenomenal place to eat. My wife and I love sushi and Japanese cuisine and Itto did not disappoint. The quality of food is amazing for the price. The bento box combo is an especially good deal that lets you sample a lot of dishes. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service was prompt, professional, and polite. This is a MUST visit in Orem. Highly recommend the chicken katsu, Vegas roll, and our favorite, the firebird roll
First time trying this place. We came for my birthday. I had to get the tempura veggies and they didn’t disappoint. Very crispy and crunchy and they came with a yummy sauce. All of their sushi rolls were so good and really unique. The rolls we tried were the California roll, playboy, Romeo & Juliet, firebird and Dracula. The Dracula is served in a steaming coffin. The firebird was my favorite. They bring it wrapped in foil and light it on fire. The Romeo & Juliet comes in the shape of a heart. This place is very fun. They also have awesome bento boxes.
